Partials

A partial is a removable appliance that replaces your missing teeth while holding onto your existing teeth. An acrylic partial can be a flipper partial, which holds on by suction- we sometimes use these partials while waiting for an implant to integrate. This particular partial can have metal clasps or wires to hold onto the remaining teeth. A metal partial is cast with metal rests and clasps to hold onto the remaining teeth. We provide whenever possible, the Virginia Partial. This partial uses tissue/gum colored bendable plastic to suction around your remaining teeth. The Virginia Partial supports your teeth instead of placing pressure on them like the clasp partial design.
